Introduction
Holly: Hello and welcome to episode three of Travel Business Unlocked. I'm your host, Holly Velardo from HollyDay Travel. Today is incredibly special for me because I'm joined by someone who has been instrumental in my travel business journey. It's Roslyn Rance from Travel Agent Achievers. When I thought about who should be my first ever guest, there was absolutely no question in my mind.

Holly: It had to be the beautiful Ros. Because during the darkest days of COVID when the travel industry was completely upended and many of us were wondering if we'd ever book another trip again, I discovered Ros, her podcast and her beautiful community. What started as me desperately searching for guidance during a crisis turned into one of my most valuable professional relationships of my career. Ros didn't just provide business strategies. She created a lifeline for travel advisors like me.

Holly: Through her Mastermind programme, I gained systems knowledge, confidence, and a community that has been absolutely priceless. My business today is at levels I would never have achieved on my own, and I cannot thank Ros enough.

Holly: But beyond the business impact, Ros has been an incredible friend and mentor to me. Her genuine passion for helping travel advisors succeed shines through in everything she does, and I am so beyond excited to share her wisdom with all of you today. So please welcome Ros to the podcast.

Ros: Wooo! Hi, Holly. Oh my gosh, I could cry right now. I'm having one of those emotional moments where I got goosebumps and hearing your journey and everything that you have achieved since you and I first met. I know that we are firm friends and I can text you on your private number, not the business phone number, but I am so grateful that you found me and we found each other during those darkest days. And I am just so incredibly proud of how far you have come over the years. So thank you for having me. I'm so honoured to be here.

Holly: Thank you so much for being here. And for those of you who don't know Ros, let me tell you a little bit about her. Roslyn Rance is an experienced travel business strategist, podcast host, and mentor who helps travel professionals build profitable, purpose-driven businesses without burnout. As the founder of Travel Agent Achievers, she guides hundreds of advisors around the world to take action, implement smart systems, and grow with confidence.

Holly: With over 15 years as a successful home-based travel advisor herself, Roslyn knows firsthand the challenges of juggling sales, marketing, bookings, and life, all while trying to grow a business. She brings a unique blend of compassion, structure, and strategy to everything she teaches. Drawing on her earlier career as Director of Sales and Marketing in International Education and her deep love of travel. Ros is the host of Travel Agent Achievers Podcast, the creator of high-impact programmes like the Achievers Mastermind and Travel Business Accelerator and a sought-after speaker at global industry events including ASTA, ATIA’s Beyond Borders, Virtuoso Travel Week, and her signature Achievers International retreats and events.

Holly: Whether she's speaking on stage, walking alongside clients through a challenge or cheering for their biggest wins, Ros is known for her down-to-earth style and mantra, "I'll believe in you until you believe in yourself." When she's not mentoring or travelling the globe, you'll find her enjoying life on Australia's Mid North Coast with her family, strong coffee in hand.

About Travel Agent Achievers

Holly: Ros, can you please tell us in your own words all about Travel Agent Achievers and what it is that you do?

Ros: Thank you again, Holly. This is such an honour to be here and I'm really proud of you for taking this next step and sharing your knowledge and expertise and wisdom and the people that you've connected with over the years. Because as travel business owners, we don't necessarily reach out to others or we're so stuck in their bookings or supplier training that when it comes to business we may not just know what the next step needs to be if we want to grow or if we want our time back or all the different things. So I'm absolutely honoured to be here!

Origin Story
Ros: Travel Agent Achievers really started pre-pandemic because of a couple of conversations that I had and I've shared it with you and I'll share it with your audience. I had some people that were in very senior positions, let's say, in the travel industry that I was asking about business training specifically for travel professionals. I've always been a lifelong learner. I am the first person at mastermind groups and business conferences and things because I think we always need to be learning and not only that taking action, but I had somebody say to me, "Oh, you just book the trips, we handle everything else, right?"

Ros: And this wasn't just one conversation along those lines, it was multiple conversations that I really felt as a travel agent or a travel professional or advisor, it was like minimising the amount of work that we actually do. We are salespeople, we are marketing people, we are administration professionals, we are also running households, taking care of kids, looking after taxes—you name it, there's all the things. And as home-based or mobile advisors or even small businesses in travel, we have to do all of those things and to have somebody say, "Oh, it's just this." I was like, you know what? We are not “just that.” We are so much more.

The Catalyst
Ros: And it's often at times through conversations like that that I get really pissed off and worked up. I'm like, I've got to change this. And so I started Travel Agent Achievers because of a couple of those conversations, but also because I had a lot of advisors that would come to me. Like, they'd ask you and say, "Ros, how did you do this? Like, what are you doing that is different to what I'm doing?" Because I had international support teams, because I was running multiple businesses, because I had a young family and I was still travelling and taking weekends off.

Ros: And so there was a lot of conversations that happened, and I just felt I need to support the industry. I want to support as many people get through whatever stage it was. And I started a podcast, like you, really, just to support and help. And it grew from there, with advisors, travel business owners—small and large—then saying, "Hey, can you teach me about this?" And so I started creating free resources. It then grew into the Travel Business Accelerator.

Pandemic Response
Ros: And the pandemic, of course, just heightened everything. And I said at that time to my travel team, "I really want you guys just to take care of all of the administration,”— which is what they were doing anyway, right?—Take care of all the administration, to take care of the clients. I will still remain the face of the business. I will still do the marketing and promotion, but I need to help as many people as I can get through this time, because this is a business issue."

Ros: And the amount of advisors that I had at that time that were saying to me, "I'm going backwards. All I'm dealing with is trouble, problems, how do I communicate with my clients?" And so I felt that I needed to step up and lead. And really support as many people that I could through the pandemic. From a business perspective: How do we stay afloat from a cash flow? How do we stay afloat with marketing? How do we reconnect with our clients? And that's obviously where you and I have met, and it's grown from there!

Holly's Experience
Holly: Absolutely. I mean, I found you during that horrible time when we just didn't know what was going on. That was when you had the “Friday coffee connections.” That's what I started. I joined a couple of those and just really felt the community feel and what you're offering and your genuine kindness, and, you know, you would reach out to us week after week. And then I very quickly, even though I didn't have the money. I knew that investing in your programme, it was going to mean everything. And it completely changed my business. It went from not having things in place, any systems, being very new to owning my own business. Even though I had been an advisor for 20 years or 17 years, I think at that point I just didn't know what to do next. And so finding you and joining that Mastermind group was incredible.

What Travel Agent Achievers Provides
Holly: So can you please tell us a little bit more about what Travel Agent Achievers provide? What do you actually give to us as members?

Ros: Yeah, underlyingly, it is collaboration over competition. I have a saying now that is... I have a “no dickhead policy” and I probably now need to put a bleep or something on your podcast for this episode. But I just, I felt during the pandemic, we don't need to tolerate the way people can talk to us. We are doing a service, we are helping people. And that has come across in Travel Agent Achievers. So the essence of it is collaboration over competition.

The Mastermind Programme
Ros: I have a Mastermind programme where on a regular basis, a few times a month, we all catch up. I educate on a specific area of business because I want everybody to take action. It's not just about learning, learning, learning, and then going, "Cool. I know all of these things," but without the action, nothing ever happens. No change can ever be made. And this is one of the beautiful things, Holly, that you have done. You've listened, you've learned, and you've said, "Oh, yeah, I now need to do that. I need to create my customer journey. I need to look at this marketing avenue. I really want to dive into social media." And you have taken the cusp of what we do, learning in those four pillars: Marketing, sales, operations and clients. And you've run with it.

Ros: So it is that Mastermind in that we're connecting together. But I'm educating on one specific area and really detailed, having guest experts in the programme. We have accountability calls because I want everybody to stay on track or I want them to come to the group and say, "I'm stuck. I am really in this place right now that I don't know how to get out of," that we can be there to support.

Community Philosophy
Ros: So the Achievers Mastermind is definitely the first thing that I say is great for people over the long term because you are constantly learning, implementing, and surrounding yourself with people that continue to lift you up. And that is a very big thing for me. I believe in the sum of five. And that means that the people that you surround yourself with, those five people that are closest to you is who you become. And so within The Achievers, we're all wanting each other to succeed. We all want to see each other rise. And that positivity and that energy and that collaboration is what makes that whole group continue to win awards, be nominated for things, go out and speak, get the PR and the marketing and the publicity for their businesses. Like, it's those sorts of things that we all encourage each other to get, not pull each other down and go, "Oh, my God, I can't believe that Holly did this." Like, that is not who we are. And I won't tolerate that because I don't believe in it. And I don't think it's worthwhile.

Community Impact
Holly: No, absolutely. And that's been one of the most incredible things, I think, Ros, not only what you provide within Travel Agent Achievers Mastermind, the content is unbelievable, but you gave me the confidence when I needed it most. And having that community? That isn't available everywhere. Most people… the travel industry can be horrible. We all know it. We've all lived through it. There's so much competition, and some of the people you come across aren't nice people. You've dealt with it. But by being part of your Mastermind group and you not allowing people to join, if they're not up to that, you know, if they're not going to be connected to us, if they're not going to encourage people, that is very rare. And what you've done for us, I know how much I've got out of it. I know the relationship I've got with people within that community. It has really changed everything for us.

Guest Experts
Holly: But it's beyond that as well. You've also introduced us to so many industry experts. You get so many people within that programme, but even if they don't come on, you always know who to go to or where we can connect with someone to help us at that time. So do you want to tell me a little bit about your... How you got some of these experts on?

Ros: Oh, the guest experts… I love. And throughout the years, my big thing, as I said, is about the business acumen and learning and implementing. But learning from people who… this is their niche, this is their speciality. And so whatever the topic is that we might be talking on, like as an example, we might be talking on groups, right? And I will be able to share the systems, the processes, the marketing, the five stages, all of those sorts of things. But in addition to that, we might have a guest that comes in and talks about from an event planner. And I'll bring in my favourite event planner from all of the international events that I will constantly go to. And she's an event manager in the hotel industry. And she will then give you the specifics, like, yes, what we need from our side is a beautiful master sheet. What we need is the contacts. We need connection. We need you to tell us what we want.

Business Focus
Ros: So it's not necessarily also just about the travel industry, because as travel professionals, we're still small business owners. And I want you to learn from amazing business specialists and the connections and collaboration that I have with so many business owners through my own networks and people that I've worked with over the years or that I've met at events or that have attended conferences that I've had or that I've run or that I've worked with clients on or I've attended. I ask them to come in because I want you, and I see you as a business owner, right? And I want you to then learn from specialists as business owners. And there are times that we have people who are guest experts specifically for the travel industry, but the majority of it is people who are small business experts, [they] come in and talk about their specific niche. Like, are they a LinkedIn expert? Are they the events people? Like I was saying, they could be in anything, but it's very specific to what we're talking about that month.

Personal Support
Holly: Yeah. And I mean, look, for me, one of the most important times was during COVID. Obviously, we know, but we've all had our own challenges in life. We all have our own personal issues, our own business issues. And we will come to... I will want to ask you some questions about your international retreats. But for me, having that option to connect with Clare Cope, who is a psychologist, was just unbelievable. So there's so many different avenues. You're not just looking after us in business, you're making sure personally that we're okay. Those accountability sessions, you are constantly writing notes and you're on these calls. You, there's so many of us now, you're on these calls for four or five hours in a day. And yeah, it is down, you're listening, but you are really taking notes and you are remembering every single thing that we're hurting with that time, what we're achieving, anything that we need.

Creating Community
Holly: So, on that… I just want to ask you, how did you intentionally create such an incredibly supportive community of people like us, small business owners? How did you do this?

Ros: How did I do it? It's all with intention. You know, it's my no dickhead policy, of course, but it's the collaboration over competition. And it's me, like, this is my heart. These are my people. I wanted to surround myself with incredible humans. Life is too short, right? And we see this now. And I think more and more business owners, travel advisors are saying, “You know what? I want the good things in life. I want to claim back time. I want to be able to structure my business, to be able to have a holiday, I want to be able to do all these things.” But for me it's really intentional, but it's my heart that actually comes through. So I think that that is what people also see. That human element not. And it's not even in the marketing. Like, I'm not somebody to go, "Hey, hey, come over here." That's not who I am. It's if you hear about us, amazing. You've heard about us through word of mouth. Somebody else has been part of a programme. But for me, it's just those incredible humans. I tend to attract them because that's who I am.

Authentic Energy
Ros: I got it—

Holly: You're incredible human!

Ros: You're an incredible human! But it's funny that you say that because I got an email from a supplier. I was at Virtuoso Travel Week a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas and I sent a thank you email to one of the suppliers that had an event. And I said, "I really appreciate the time, the energy that you put into it…” and all of these different things, recognising the details. And they wrote back to me and said, "Ros, we love having you at the events because you bring such a beautiful energy. You are always gracious and thankful, but you are just such a lovely person to be around." And I think that for me is the biggest compliment because that's just who I am. You can't fake that.

International Retreats
Holly: You absolutely can't. And that is why you've created this community. This is why.

Ros: Yeah!

Holly: I mean, I wasn't your first member, but I was there from very early on within the Achievers mastermind and the friendship we've created has gone way beyond anything that it was business related. But I still to this day, without finding you and the Travel Agent Achievers, there is no way my business would be where it is. Every month. No matter how long we've been in this programme and we're all busy, I can't make it to every single one of your sessions. But we have the recordings. We can go back to them. They're always there. And if we need something, you're always there. We can ask a question. You know, your team's there to help us. Or the guest expert. They're always so generous.

Holly: So one of the highlights for me has definitely been your international retreats. I mean, I could talk all about the systems, all about automation—

Ros: Ha! Oh we could…

Holly: But realistically it's getting together and hanging out and spending that incredible time and you know, going under those waterfalls and swimming and doing the crazy things around the fire and burning things that had, you know, really upset us or made us. That was like a lot for me that I cried my eyes out. But it was so moving and so beautiful and you know, do you want to tell us a little bit about what it is you do at these retreats and why you do them? And you know, we've been to Fiji, we've been to Bali and next year it’s in the Philippines.

Retreat Philosophy
Ros: That's right. I mean they are very powerful and I love human connection and it's that coming together in person to be able to spend that quality time. I am also… I would say an introvert as such. I can go out and hang out with everybody and get. I love the deep conversations. I'm not somebody who likes or really enjoys and gets a lot out of going to an event and having small talk because I'm like, I really want to know more. Just tell me more about these things and getting to know and understand people through that human connection and collaboration there.

Ros: So the international retreats started because of you guys! [You were] Like, “Can we all together,” right?! And they're not, they are not, I will tell you. They are not to make money, right? These are events that take a lot of time, energy, and are very purpose driven. For me, I want the retreats for you to take time for yourself. It's an opportunity to reflect, to really take care of you as a person and as a human. Because we're often seen as whole lot of different job roles as well as family roles. But it's… “Who are you?” and how can you look after yourself, reflect, but: “What are you gonna do next?” Like what is that opportunity for you over the next 12 months?

Transformative Experiences
Ros: And you mentioned Fiji and crying and the burning of things. We joked about it at the time that we're gonna start singing kumbaya around the fire pit. But it really is an immersive experience that you can just take a few days for yourself and your business to then take you to the next level, whatever that looks like for you. And we have members that are there for the community. We have members that are there just to learn and implement little things. And we also have people who are there to absolutely change their lives. And go for it.

Ros: And what one thing about Fiji in particular at our very first international retreat is, you know, I have my beautiful friends who, you know, Clare is a psychologist, Owen is a business strategist. And to have them there with me and walk everybody through a process along with myself as well, and the three of us really working together, it just changes lives! And it wasn't just yourself that we saw a massive change in. There were others that had physical effects and they were like, "I'm, I'm so sick, I cannot turn up tomorrow." And there's a lot of stuff that can come up for people.

Different Retreat Approaches
Ros: We then had Bali and I said, "We can't go deep. We're not going to go as deep as we did in Fiji. I just want to make sure that everybody is able to take care of themselves and really enjoy the experience." As you say, the waterfalls and have blessings and those sorts of things. I think that's really important. But now, as we move to the next big event, we had our Sail to Scale as well on a cruise ship this year and we're going to the Philippines in 2026, in April to go away.

Philippines Retreat Vision
Ros: The next step that I saw was, hey, we are going to where you potentially have teams. If you have team members that are based in the Philippines because you've worked your way to get support—this is the place that I want to go. So that you can then spend a day or two actually meeting these people who is helping you build the business that you dream of and you've desired and you've absolutely built over the last few years with. But also for people who haven't explored a destination that is very close to my heart and the hotels and resorts, I just love it. It's like, let's go and have some fun. Let's really connect with the place that people and together come through and create something magical for your next year ahead.

Lasting Impact
Holly: Absolutely. And you know, the book work—the books that you give us there as well, Ros. I mean, I am all digital and you know that I don't have docs, I don't anything like that. But I tell you, I pull those books out all the time and look at the information that we've gone through. So even it's so much more than you realise at the time. I mean, I'm always, you know me, I'm very emotional. I'll always tell you how I'm feeling. I'll cry, I'll laugh, but at the same time, it's there to really work out your next steps. And we look back on it because some of the strategies, especially that Owen gives us during those sit, those programmes and that time we're there, oh my gosh. And you look back and you're like, this is really setting me up. And I need to keep looking back on this and putting it into our quarterly planning and knowing what's there. So it's a very long term thing for me as well. And those feelings never go away. It's been amazing.

Physical Workbooks Value
Ros: I think those workbooks. You're absolutely right, Holly. We are moving into such a digital age. But a lot of people, once you do something digitally, it's then gone. But if you have a hard copy of something that you've physically written in and you've poured your heart into, sure, you can go and put that into AI these days and summarise it and put it like, “Do all the things that you need to do.” But I love that you come back to it time and time again.

Quarterly Planning
Ros: As part of the Achievers, we have our quarterly planning sessions. So everybody is there to go. "Well, that was my goal for the year ahead. How am I breaking it down into these quarters? Okay, I didn't really meet this, but I need to change things around." We work together to actually come up with these plans. But what you're saying is you go back to it. And that's where I love seeing the progress, the development, and that's part of the accountability calls because I get to see the journey.

Believing in People
Ros: And one of the things with where I do say, "I will believe in you until you believe in yourself," because I get to see that journey. I get to follow you with the dreams that you have set for yourself. And often when you're in the weeds, you can't see that. You can't. You can't even see outside of things. But having somebody walk with you that says, "You remember when…? You remember when you did this?" And you're like, "Oh, my gosh, yes, I do." It's those moments that you can appreciate just how far you've come. And that is in celebrating the wins and what we actually do to then go, "You've nailed it." Right? I'm so proud of everything that you've achieved.

Holly's Journey Recognition
And I look at, I look at your journey, Holly, and I'm constantly looking to you and saying —everything that you set out that you wanted to do. Even in the fear and the. "I'm so scared and is this the right thing? And we need to look at financials and what's happening in the family. And I need to adjust life." You still said, "This is what I want and I want to go for it." And that risk and that fear, even though it was there? And it's calculated, right? You're not going to do anything that's going to leave you and the family on the street. It's calculated. But at the same time, you know the work that you've got to put in in order to make that dream come true. And I love that about you. That grit, that determination. And it's like, "Nope, this is just what I'm doing. Even if it doesn't work the first time, I'm going to try again."

Overcoming Fear
Holly: Absolutely. But you taught me to not have that fear, Ros. But you also taught me to look further. You taught me to believe in me. And when I didn't know what it was or how I wanted to get there. I mean, I told you from day one, "I want a successful business. I want choices in life. I want something my family's proud of." And you just kept going. I mean, you gave me that no bullshit approach. You would tell me how it is, and you knew that was how I would react to it. Obviously, not everybody in the group can react the same way. And that's one of the things I love about you is, you know, we're on these accountability calls, and the way you speak to everybody is so different, which goes to show how much time and effort you have put into knowing every single one of us. It's unbelievable.

Future Vision
Holly: So looking back at what you've built with Travel Agent Achievers, what are you most proud of? Has it become what you envisioned or has it evolved into something different?

Ros: It's definitely become what I envisioned. That plan that I initially have. I mean, I would love to help thousands more. I'm definitely spending a lot more time over in the US now, and I see that it's an industry that is global, and if we can all rise together, there is no stopping us. There is always fear. There is always, "Oh, my gosh, you know, something new has come out that could potentially no longer require travel advisors." But the reality is we do not need to service 10 billion people, right? As advisors and as travel business owners, what is it that you need? And let's achieve that.

Industry Mission
Ros: For me, looking at Travel Agent Achievers, I want to help the industry globally rise with the level of business acumen. I want travel professionals to look at their business and treat it like a business. I want them to know their numbers. I want them to understand basic marketing. I want them to love their customers and their clients. And really take things to the next level, whatever that means for them. So for me, it's about growth and it's looking at how many more people we can help. And I have the team. I am very grateful to have a team of my own that is able to support in certain things, but it'll always be me. I'm not gonna change that. It's definitely my face, it's my heart, it's my knowledge and expertise and it's the people that I know. So if we can get support in managing the admin like you, you're still the face! We're going to continue to help as many people as we can.

Celebrating Success
Holly: Yeah, well, I know, Ros, you are going to take this to so many more levels than you already have and somehow you just always manage to stay relevant, give us exactly what we need, know what it is, know what's happening in the industry. And I know there's a huge amount of work that goes into all of that. We know you don't just rock up and just talk to us on the spot. There is so much planning and one of the things that like you've even spoken about here is you're championing me. You champion everyone. You celebrate every single person's wins. You have always like you are sending messages, you know what's going on in everyone's lives. If there's been award that they've been nominated for, if they've had a small win, anything at all. You are always championing us on and I can't thank you enough. But I want to know, and I'm sure the listeners do too, how do you celebrate your wins?

Personal Celebration
Ros: I am definitely a goal setter, I think, you know, I love my planning, I love being able to look after everybody else. But the other thing is not only do I have Travel Agent Achievers, I also have my own very successful travel business as well. So there's a lot of moving parts that I manage and one of the things that I do to celebrate is at the end of an event or end of a quarter or end of a year when I am able to spend time with my team, which is one thing that I really love. I think success comes from collaboration and it comes from a team effort. It's never one person that has made something a success. So I really love being able to celebrate with my team. Whether we go out for a meal together, whether I get to fly and see them in the Philippines, whether they get to come to Australia, we get to go out for beautiful meals.

Personal Rewards
Ros: For my events, I find at the end of an event. The way that I celebrate is I go and have a massage. I go to that day spa, and I am there because I just… I want to be pampered. I want somebody to take care of me. I want somebody just to go, "You know what, Ros? You've worked really hard. Just relax." But I also have, surprisingly, one of my, on my business card, my travel business card, it used to have, like, our favourite drinks. And mine, right from the beginning said “Bubbly.” And it was a reflection of not only my personality, but also my favourite drink, which was really good champagne. And I was just looking at my desk the other day, and I went, "I think I've stopped drinking." But I would put things like, I would set goals and say if I reached a certain milestone or if I set a target for myself, and I would write on the top of the Moët, champagne, or I've got some Moët over here as well. I would write on the top of it what that goal was. And once I reached that goal, I was then able to drink that bottle of champagne and celebrate.

Giving Back
Holly: That's amazing. And, you know, one thing that I just took out of what you said, Ros, is first of all, you celebrate the wins with your team. And this is exactly what I'm talking about with you. You are always giving back. You are always thinking of others. Yes. You're going for a massage, and I'm so glad you do. And we all know that when we're on retreat, we're going home. And there's a photo of Ros going . . . .

Ros: But I want you guys to come with me! That's it. In the Philippines, there is an amazing day spa there. The Cheese Bar—we are going—I'm blocking that thing out. And we're all going. We're in our own little huts and we're going to celebrate.

Holly: Absolutely. I can't wait.

Gratitude and Resources
Holly: But, Ros, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for this incredible opportunity and for you coming on the podcast and being our first guests. You are amazing, but you are also providing our listeners today, as usual, you've gone above and beyond and you've created a very special page just for our community where you are going to provide some great downloads and for anyone, you can have a look at this at TravelAgentAchievers.com/Holly and there will be some great photos of the journey that Ros and I have also had together. So Ros will put some resources there for you. This is all completely free. She is constantly giving back and helping others. And what amazes me that even as a podcast guest, you are still focused on providing value to support others. Everything is about giving back. Everything is for the community around you. And I know that people are going to benefit so much from these resources you're giving. So thank you, thank you, thank you for being on the show and for your wisdom today and just for all the support and for everyone listening. Ros, how can they get in touch with you?

Connect with Ros
Ros: Thank you, Holly. I am absolutely honoured, as I said, to be here and support you, but I really want everybody else to succeed as well. So you can absolutely grab the resources. TravelAgentAchievers.com/Holly, you will see our journey and we've got some… we've had some beautiful memories together already and I know there's many more to come. Holly, I am incredibly proud of you. I cannot wait for this next step. All that you do, you have that beautiful heart and please don't ever stop. Don't change. Keep being you. Keep being raw and real because the tears flow. That's normal. Should have seen me on Friday. That is normal! So people can find me at @travelagentachievers on all the socials. See me at an event. Please come and say hi. It's one of the most beautiful things I love when people come up to me and they say hi and introduce themselves and tell me where they've heard about, know what they're working on, all the things. But thank you, Holly. I sincerely appreciate you and look forward to supporting you in this next chapter with everything that you do!

Holly: Thank you, Ros. You're amazing. And we will link to where you can contact Ros in the show notes, so thank you very much.
